Although we have only met once in real time it was easy to slip into a safe conversation, and verbalize feeling I have not talked about with my partner. I felt understood, supported and confident that I would be helped.

I don't think It could have been improved. I had found it difficult to get online so our meeting was done over the phone and was very successful.
